North Pipeline Mine

Bullion owns North Pipeline of the following private land located in Lander County, Nevada Township 29 North, Range 47 East, Mount Diablo Meridian more particularly described as the E ½ of Section 9, and the E ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 9, and the NW ¼ of the  W ¼ of Section 9.  This property is approximately 8 miles south of American Barricks Cortez Mines and 3 miles north of Klondex Gold’s, Fire Creek Property in the heart of the productive Cortez Trend.  An agreement was reached between Nevada Rae Gold and Bullion, in September of 2003, for the mining rights to the surface placer deposits. 

The lease calls for a 4% net smelter royalty payment or guaranteed $0.50/yard production royalty, whichever is greater.  Nevada Rae Gold has estimated a resource of 500,000 ounces of gold contained in 12,000,000 cubic yards.  This estimate has been prepared by Bharti Engineering and Robertson Research.  Bullion retains the underground or hard rock mining rights.
