R. Don Morris, President & CEO
R. Don Morris has more than 40 years experience in most phases of natural resource development with broad emphasis in mining and extraction processes. He is a graduate geologist from Brigham Young University. He is also President and CEO of Bullion Monarch Mining and Chairman of the Board of EnShale Inc. (a subsidiary of Bullion Monarch Mining).
Dr. Larry Anderson, Director
Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mining Engineering and a PhD in Fuels Engineering, with a minor in Metallurgy, both from the University of Utah. Throughout his prestigious career, he advised the US Department of Energy and served as a lecturer for NATO Advanced Studies Institute on Fuel Science and Conversion. Currently, he works as Professor Emeritus for the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Utah. Dr. Anderson is responsible for over 100 research reports and reviews concerning liquefaction and gasification of coal and conversion of plastics, municipal solid waste, agricultural and other wastes into synthetic liquids and gases. Dr. Anderson is credited with co-authoring two volumes related to the production of synthetic fuels from coal and various waste materials.
Peter R. Passaro, Director
Mr. Passaro graduated from The University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science. Mr. Passaro has worked in the foundry business for the past 24 years. Past President and CEO of E&P Foundry. Mr. Passaro is experienced in the mining industry and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bullion Monarch Mining.
James A. Morris, Chairman of the Board
James A. Morris has been on the Board of Directors since 1992. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Finance. He currently is the managing partner of M&P Development, a real estate development company. He is also Branch Manager of Eagle Home Mortgage in Elko, Nevada. He was the President and CEO or Zephyr Gold Enterprises. Mr. Morris has owned and operated several businesses as well as doing outside financial consulting for start-up companies.
Phillip Manning, CFO
Mr. Manning has over twenty years of experience in various sectors of the finance industry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Brigham Young University and holds an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
His financial management experience is diverse and outstanding, beginning with employment at companies such as RCA Corporation in their finance department. Mr. Manning has held management positions at Merrill Lynch, William Wright Associates, Bright Trading, and others. More recently, his financial consultation business included Bullion Monarch Mining and others.
Eventually Phillip Manning was hired by Bullion Monarch Mining and served as an officer with responsibility for the company’s accounting and finance functions. His contributions proved that he would make a valuable addition to the Bullion management team and led the company to offer him his current position as CFO.
